Bordeaux is the generic appellation covering the entire Bordeaux area. This appellation produces well-balanced wines, mainly made from two grapes varieties that form a very complementary blend. The grapes were machine-harvested in end september, 2015. Château Moulin de l’Espérance uses traditional methods for the vinification with stainless steel vats thermoregulated for the fermentation and aging. Vatting lasts 3 weeks.
